Shipping Details
- Z Create Design offers free shipping on orders over $50 (some restrictions apply based on product selection, item and weight). All orders ship via standard delivery from our facility in Palm Bay, FL.
- Orders under $75.00 will be charged based on order weight and delivery selection.
- Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states.
- Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout.
- Express Shipping selection will not speed up production time for order. As all products are handmade to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production. If rush order needed, please contact our customer care team at here. Always include your wedding date in the notes of your order so that we have this information attached to your order.
- Goods Damaged in Transit: In the rare instance that goods are damaged or the order is incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within a period of three days following delivery of the goods.
- Add-on and Change Policy: Z Create Design processes orders in a quick, timely manner to ensure that your package ships on time. Add-ons, changes or corrections cannot be made after the order is “Confirmed.” Please review specifics such as style choice, colors and quantities in your cart before completion. A customer wanting to add on to an order may be directed to place an additional order and in some cases the additional order will be treated as its own, shipped separately according to option selected.
- Cancellation Policy: Z Create Design processes orders in a quick, timely manner to ensure that your package ships on time. Orders may not be able to be cancelled once they are in a Processing Status. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they have entered production. Please contact customer care immediately if cancellation is needed.
