Exchanges (if applicable) - We happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. No additional shipping will be charged in cases of damaged or defective products when sending a replacement.

If there is any problem with your order or if you need to request a cancellation, please contact us ASAP by email at *** zcdcustomer@gmail.com *** so that our team can address the issue promptly. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy lasts 3 business days from the DELIVERY DATE and the request must be prior to specified wedding or event dates. Refunds will not include shipping charges.

For CUSTOM ITEMS, CAKE TOPPERS & PHOTO PROPS, we cannot offer exchanges unless the item was damaged or defective. In cases where a different paint color is desired, we will be happy to have you return the item to be exchanged or repainted in which the cost of return shipping and reshipping the item must be paid by the customer. A $15 repainting fee will be applied if applicable. If it is a customized item and has already entered the production cycle, we can not refund/exchange.

Please read turnaround times on the product you are ordering. Most orders placed on our website ship within 1-5 days, some ship same day. If a cancellation request is received after an order ships, we will send a refund when the item is returned and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Because all computer monitors are calibrated differently, returns based on color are not accepted.
